Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these recurring purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery frequency shown at the time of purchase and will continue until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges.                                                                               

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or charged. Once a subscription order has been processed, it is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.                                             

Monthly Ritual Subscriptions: Monthly Ritual subscriptions follow a monthly collection schedule. When you subscribe during the current month, your first Monthly Ritual box will be prepared for the following month's collection. Future boxes will continue according to the subscription schedule shown with your subscription. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
